Dr. McLachlan began at Ospika Animal Hospital as a high school student and returned after graduating from WCVM in 2005.
Dr. McLachlan and husband Brian spend time enjoying their four children,their cat named Chubby Chicken Burger, and their recently adopted Boston Terrier, Bella. She has a soft spot for pocket pets and for senior animals. She has taken home 2 'unadoptable' senior cats with kidney disease and given them a wonderful, loving home for their remaining time.
